Shipping
- We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days.
- Unless the order is placed by any marketplace, we primarily ship orders with help of Shiprocket.
- Generally, deliveries can take up to a week of time.
- Once the shipment is picked up currior-tracking details will be shared to with the customer
- The currior tracking link will show the live shipment updated along with estimated delivery date.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier issues.
Return
- To initiate an return, please notify us within 7 working days of receiving your order. You can reach us via call or WhatsApp at +91 9407472537
- In case of return of damaged item, unboxing video as proof of the damage is required
- In the unboxing video, please begin by showing all sides of the parcel to confirm that it was properly sealed and intact.
- In the event of damaged items, we will gladly provide a replacement. However, for the return of items that are not damaged, a deduction of ₹150 will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded online (by UPI payment) once the returned item has been received in good condition, which typically take approximately seven working days.
Note:- Product being returned should be unused or only tested once to ensure it passes the quality check.
- Any discount code will not be applicable for the exchanged item.
Exchange
At Shreeji Attar, we believe that fragrance is as subjective as color—no single scent is inherently good or bad; it is simply a matter of personal preference. We understand that your perception of a fragrance might differ from the actual scent once received. To ensure you find a scent you truly love, we offer a straightforward exchange process.
Terms & Conditions for Exchange
- Notification Period: To initiate an exchange, please notify us within 7 working days of receiving your order. You can reach us via call or WhatsApp at +91 9407472537.
- Delivery Charges: While we offer complimentary delivery for your initial order, the following charges of ₹150 apply for exchanges to cover both reverse and forward logistics
- Payment & Initiation: The exchange process will begin once the delivery charges (adjusted for any price difference between the products) are transferred to our UPI ID: 9407472537@idbi.
- Pickup Process: Once the request is confirmed, a courier representative will come to pick up the parcel from your registered address.
- Quality Check & Shipping: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect its condition. Following a successful quality check, we will dispatch your new fragrance and provide a live tracking link.
- Any complimentary tester bottles included with your initial order do not need to be returned as part of the exchange process; you are welcome to keep them.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled through your dashboard or via WhatsApp at +91 9407472537 without any additional charges, provided the order has not yet been accepted by our team. Once an order is accepted and a pickup is scheduled with our courier partner, the shipment can no longer be cancelled.
Undelivered Orders
In instances where a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or unreachable address, a non-serviceable pincode, or internal courier issues, a refund will be processed. Please note that payment processing fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Unaccepted Shipments
If a delivery is attempted but the customer is unavailable to receive it (following a subsequent attempt the next day), or if the customer refuses the parcel, a refund will be issued once the item returns to our facility. In these cases, the refund will be subject to deductions for both payment processing fees and forward shipping charges (approximately ₹80).
This policy also applies to shipments that are held at a destination address for more than two days due to customer unavailability and are subsequently marked for return to sender.
